AIUS: Managing Time and Stress as an Undergraduate Student

This webinar will introduce students to the concepts of time management as developed by Benjamin Franklin using the "time blocking" methodology and techniques to manage the stress of balancing school, work, family, and other commitments. Presented by Michael Pry.

About the Presenter: I am a full-time assistant professor at the AIU School of Information Technology, where I am completing my Doctorate in Computer Science with a concentration in Cybersecurity.   I have been with AIU for 17 years and have worked in the global manufacturing and healthcare sectors for 20 years, specializing in enterprise risk management and Cybersecurity. I am also a veteran of the US Army.
